Swanhouse. Waterfront home. Walk to trails!

Such a sweetly situated and lovely home!! We all loved it and felt more than comfortable. The home had nooks and crannies full of Alaska findings and spacious views of the canal and neighboring historic homes. It was such a pleasure to stay here!!!

Was a little bit expensive but was really nice 😊 Positive: we stayed three nights and had a blast!! Definitely recommend staying at swan lake ♥️ Beautiful views and who can beat four bathrooms lol Responding right away to my texts and answered all my questions. Negative: Couldn’t figure out the fancy german oven. Air pump for bikes. We couldn’t ride because the tires were going flat. A map of how to get to the property because we had no cell service and had to walk to the bar to get help.

We enjoyed this beautiful home. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

The Swanhouse was idealistic. The view was amazing and lots of bedrooms and space to hangout. The view is amazing!

We had an amazing stay! House is absolutely. We had three eagles hanging out in the trees immediately away from the porch for the better part of a day. Sean and Haley were so responsive to your questions and communicated well for activities in and around in the area. There were lots of extras in the kitchen such as ziplock bags and spices. Each bedroom also had a small living room. Would come back again. Great for leisure or WFH.

A fabulous place to say for a large family or office retreat! Amazing views over the Seldovia slough, a nice walk to little sea side town of Seldovia. Kitchen is large and set up for cooking for a large group & you can’t beat the dinning area out in the solarium…. Floor to ceiling windows! Amazing trip! Thank you!!!

If you want to relax in nature with stellar views and an awesome house, this is the place for you. Positive: First of all, the location on the slough is divine. We got to see otters swimming, eagles in the trees right outside of the house, and so many different types of birds. The house itself was stocked with everything we needed, had a great number of bedrooms (most of which had their own bathrooms and attached living spaces like a suite), and the views from the rooms were also stunning. Such a peaceful place to spend our time and a great place to come back to after we spent our days out on the water fishing, hiking the nearby trails, and exploring the little town. All in all, this was a great getaway and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Negative: To be honest, the entire experience went so smoothly from communication with the point of contact to receiving the keys on arrival. I don't think there is anything more we needed. The on-site housekeeper was also very helpful in answering our questions and people in town were so friendly!

This was such an amazing stay. Gorgeous home with floor to ceiling windows to see all the wildlife outside. Blaze king in the main living room. The kitchen had lots of extra amenities that I wasn't expecting, and the property is within a 7 min walk of the docks. WIFI was fast. The tidal action of the slough never gets old to look at. Most of the bedrooms have their own mini-living room. The housekeeper was awesome and helpful. Came on this trip to work remotely from Anchorage. Planning on coming back to relax and explore.
